In Business Coaching / Excellence, we facilitate Strategic planning and implementation through Total Quality Management. So far, 35+ businesses have been facilitated through our Business Coaching. Within 12 months of Business coaching we've delivered 30% to 300% breakthrough business growth. We create tailor made business system which covers Finance, Sales & Marketing, HR, New Product Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management etc.
Process Excellence is concerned with the process itself – making processes more efficient and effective through design and testing. In Process excellence we facilitate various certifications and productivity improvement projects.
In Technology, we have two major areas.
One, IT related services including Hardware support, Software support, Web site and Mobile App development and ERP implementation.
Second, we facilitate New Product Development process for various products.
